The Contact form collects your name, optional company, work email and message. The Automation Audit form also collects your industry, company size, department or process, systems, the problem you want to solve and preferred contact method. A phone number is optional unless you request phone contact.
Please share only information relevant to your enquiry and avoid confidential documents, credentials or sensitive personal information.
Why we use it
We use submitted information to respond to enquiries, understand the services you request and evaluate an Automation Audit or other proposed work. We do not sell submitted information.
Email delivery
We use Resend, an email-delivery provider, to deliver submissions to our business inbox. The provider processes the submitted information for email delivery. We do not save leads in a website database.
Privacy questions
You can contact OPTUNIFY through our Contact form. Mention your privacy question in the message so we can review and respond to it.
Policy updates
We may update this policy when our website or information-handling practices change. The current version and its update date will be shown on this page.
